Wellness Retreats

Perhaps you’re an avid backpacker that loves to get outdoors.

Or maybe you enjoy the casual hike and feel rejuvenated after a beautiful few hours outside.

Mountain admirer that loves seeing them through your window every day and wonders about their magic?

All of you are welcome!

Those experiences we get when we feel stagnated, like if we could just have something to help push us into the momentum we know we can keep – feelings like frustration, missing out, unsatisfied in some undefinable way.

We do get into habits that aren’t helpful – it happens to all of us. Those routines feel so ordinary and so mundane. Within our daily thoughts, we wonder how lonely we can be while surrounded by people all going through their own routines.

We can feel disconnected from each other, our sense of purpose, and even ourselves.

We can replace those with feeling ALIVE. Alive with the Earth’s energy.

Wellness Img 2A healthy interaction with the Earth nurtures us.

Evidence-based and supported by multiple studies, outdoor therapy reframes the idea that what ails you is solely your responsibility.

By reconnecting with the Earth, we can reframe such pathology as anxiety, depressive disorders, and symptoms more holistically.

Together, we can rewrite the dominant perspective of “separation” from nature and our fellow humans.

We can orient closer to the Earth, eventually opening the gate to becoming more connected to ourselves and others.

Through connection, empowerment, and resilience, we can find a more sustainable way of healing and, ultimately, being.

Our retreats equip you to handle stress and the people or circumstances that seem to be holding you back.

Through group sharing and journal prompts, we’ll explore ways to create positive change in your life, which can lead to a ripple effect in your interactions with others.

We encourage taking accountability and initiating change while acknowledging the structural barriers that impact our opportunities and confidence as women.

It’s an opportunity you don’t often get – to cultivate a relationship with yourself.

Our goal is for you to leave feeling empowered in your own life and empowered to use your strengths as a force for personal and collective change.

We just ask you to arrive open-minded and willing to hear others’ experiences.

Our Northwest-based (Montana and Wyoming) wellness retreats weave together our integrative services in a natural setting.

Connect to nature and disconnect from your busy lives within a safe and encouraging community.

Lasting from 2-4 days in length, we backpack into a national forest or park lands and experience holistic health in the beauty of natural spaces. These retreats are offered in the warmer months of the year.

Our wellness retreats integrate group discussion, yoga, wild herbalism classes, and astrology readings.

Groups are led by Kari, LCPC, and WFR (Wilderness First Responder), and accompanied by members of the collective to create a unique and truly healing opportunity for you!

Connecting to nature and disconnecting from our busy lives give our internal compass a chance to reset.

When we connect to nature, suddenly, we see our lives through a clearer lens. It becomes easier to interact with our deeper selves.

Our wellness retreats allow you to unplug and connect with other women outdoors.

We’ll be backpacking in specific places in both Montana and Wyoming (depending on the retreat), where there are wide-open skies, jagged peaks, and views so beautiful it sort of hurts to look at them for too long.

In the wild, women are free to be themselves. They can scream and shout, be frustrated or elated, happy or sad without judgment.

We host our retreats in this country’s ancestral homelands of the First Peoples. A land acknowledgment only goes so far, but it is a start in learning and honoring the original land stewards and remembering the history of forced displacement and genocide of native tribes, the impacts of which live on today.

There’s really nothing like it.

In our crazy modern lives, you may feel disconnected from yourself, others, nature, or all of the above.

But humans are inseparable from the natural world. We’re all part of the tree’s root systems, bird songs, and elk migrating.
